Description: i'm on a quest for an affordable area rug that isn't from Ikea...and the perfect taco? mine is half an e-ledger of my daily travails of home ownership of the fixer-upper as it may indeed be & half about objects of lovely usefulness i would like to fill my said disreputable shack with. what i think is unique is my self effacing sense of humor & the sensable nature of most of my picks. while on a failed quest for an affordable sofa i had gotten tierd of reading blogs that are all about the out-of-reach household objects that, yes, we all lust after but have a snowballs chance of ever owning. bonus that watching me wreck up the place has got to be amusing! as for me being a real person there is at least one photo of my child lurking in there & possibly the cat.
