My nickname is The Raptor. Why you ask? Well, I was given this nickname 10 years ago by my Buddy Rick Dare, who thought I was 'all Teeth and Stomach'. Nice, huh? In all seriousness, as long as I can remember, I have always had this 'thing' for Food... Call it an Obsession or even a 'Love Affair'... I don't know what it was, but I've always loved Cooking for good friends & family and Dining with these very same people; my mind was always wrapped around Food.
Moving from Philly, one Foodie city to another, in San Francisco helped my Obsession with Food grow... So now, here I am, sharing my Raptor views on Food and My Most Memorable Dining Experiences with You... Enjoy...
